Armoloy® TDC is a very thin, dense chromium (TDC) coating used mainly in industrial applications. With a 78 measurement on the Rockwell C hardness scale, Armoloy coating prevents rapid and excessive wear of metal parts, reduces frictional characteristics, and provides an extremely corrosion-resistant surface. The corrosion resistance of Armoloy is equal to or better than 400 series stainless steel.
